During SCI00428 F&B Operations unit, industry professionals share their insights within Food & Beverage. Our speakers were from Dinner by Heston (Melbourne campus) and Palmer & Co, Merivale (Sydney campus).
Students were able to watch a ‘live’ interview between a hotel recruiter and interviewee, see how an interview is conducted, and hear the types of questions and suitable responses. This helps students with the ‘real thing’! Our industry guests were from Crown Melbourne (Melbourne campus) and Park Hyatt Sydney (Sydney campus).
