Developed in collaboration with AccorHotels, InterContinental Hotels Group and TFE Hotels Group, the Master of Business in Global Hotel Leadership is designed for future leaders in the Hotel, Tourism and Leisure industry with a desire to accelerate their career path.
This course will help participants to develop an advanced level of understanding of hotel operations and the principles behind hotel asset management, service design and delivery systems, operational models and disruptive technologies.
There is also a strong focus on business management and leadership skills to meet the needs of those with an entrepreneurial spirit who want to operate their own business.
Students have the opportunity to choose to complete a 600-hour internship to build industry experience, add to their professional portfolio and expand their professional network.

Internships
The Hotel School offers students an opportunity to integrate theory with the practice and responsibility of the professional workplace through our six month optional internship program.
Internships are integrated into the Master of Business in Global Hotel Leadership. They are a unique part of our degrees, designed to assist in working out which career pathway is best suited to you and to add valuable experience to your career. Internships may be undertaken within Australia or internationally. Students may gain experience in any sector of tourism and hospitality.
