As the first exclusively hotel management training provider established in Australia, The Hotel School has, over the past 30 years, developed a close relationship with many hotel human resource departments and executive leadership teams. In addition, The Hotel School forms a unique partnership with Mulpha Australia, a hotel investor who owns multiple hotel properties both in Australia and around the world. In response to the growing demand for highly qualified hoteliers, The Hotel School offers a free Graduate Recruitment Service to act as a “bridge” between our students and the hotel, tourism and leisure industry. In 2018 we had over 8,000 work opportunities, and in 2019 over 10,000! That “bridge” has become a super highway whereby our graduates enjoy a 95% employment rate within 6 months of graduation, with 69% already having secured employment prior to graduation.

The Hotel School Graduate Recruitment Service has a team of dedicated Career Consultants who are trained to prepare and assist our students and is available for up to 12 months after graduation.
