Known for being a polite employee, Gerard possesses a keen attitude and love towards his assigned duties, and he is very enthusiastic to learn new things. Gerard was trained in the Concierge role but now, because of his eagerness to learn more, his enthusiasm and mature approach, he has learned how to check in guests and help out the Reception with checklists and tasks.
Gerard commenced his training early December and has received numerous positive comments from our guests, both verbal feedback and written. I have seen that he has improved his skills in customer service and he has the potential to develop further. His colleagues enjoy working with him as he is obliging and very respectful to all.
I have trained Gerard and marvelled at his continued contribution to the team. Because he combines hard work, great personality and an eagerness to learn in his job, I do believe that Gerard is capable to develop more customer service skills and undoubtedly excel in the hospitality industry.
