BACHELOR OF GLOBAL HOTEL AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT (from 2027)
The Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management is designed for students looking to build a career in hospitality, tourism and service industries, with a strong focus on business and management.
This three-year degree combines academic rigour with contemporary industry practice, focusing on hotel operational skills, management practices within hospitality industries, and the capabilities needed to succeed in a competitive, evolving global business environment.
Students can choose a major in Events, Tourism or Hospitality as part of their degree. Alternatively, students may choose from a range of elective units to tailor their studies, allowing them to explore areas that align with their interests and career goals.

2026 Course Fees
Indicative first-year fee: AU$ 15,810*
Indicative student contribution amount under a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP), available to eligible domestic students. Fees are based on 2026 rates and may be subject to change.
Government HELP loans
The Australian Government provides several financial support programs for eligible domestic students. This includes HECS-HELP, FEE-HELP, and other loan schemes to help you defer payment of your student contribution amount.

Application Process
- Qualification equivalent to an Australian Year 12 with the required entry grade
- English language proficiency comparable to Academic IELTS 6.0 with no band less than 5.5.

Internships
The Hotel School offers students an opportunity to integrate theory with the practice and responsibility of the professional workplace through our internship program.
Internships are integrated into the Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management. They are a unique part of our degrees, designed to assist in working out which career pathway is best suited to you and to add valuable experience to your career. Internships may be undertaken within Australia or internationally. Students may gain experience in any sector of tourism and hospitality and will accrue a minimum of 600 hours practical workplace experience within their degree.
