Train: The closest train station to The Hotel School is Melbourne Central Station (400 meters or 6 minutes walk) | Tram: Bourke Street Tram stop (350 meters or 6 minutes walk).

Unfortunately, parking is not available on campus. However, there are plenty of private parking options nearby as we are located in the CBD.

The registration desk will be in the lobby at The Hotel School Melbourne campus. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get registered. Our staff will then guide you in the direction of the Student Lounge area to relax before the presentations begin.

Yes, light snacks and refreshments will be provided throughout the event. If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know when you register—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Absolutely! Family and friends are welcome to join you on the day. We encourage you to bring along anyone who’s supporting you in your study journey—they’re more than welcome to explore the campus, attend sessions, and ask questions too. Just make sure to include them when you register so we can plan accordingly.
