Karen Loader won The Hotel School Alumnus of the Year 2018 award at the recent SCU alumni awards. Karen graduated from THS in 2007 and enjoyed a successful career with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where she rose to Senior Management roles. She went on to found to co-found Unearth Experience – a full-service luxury travel company which specialises in hand-crafting itineraries to experience the true essence of Africa. She is also actively involved in conservation and eco-tourism initiatives through her work with Unearth International.
