Mark Anderson, alumnus 2006 completed his industry placement as a porter. His Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management has led him to where he stands proudly today – outside the InterContinental Sydney wearing the keys of les Clefs d’or. Currently building his network as Chief Concierge that started with The Hotel School from day one.

Les Clefs d’Or. pronounced ‘lay clay door’ is French for ‘the keys of gold’ — they are the symbol of the elite concierge organisation of some 3,000 members worldwide largely employed at 4 and 5-star hotels. In Australia Les Clefs d’or aim to promote tourism throughout the country. This organisation provides a network for their members in which they can exchange ideas and provide mutual assistance amongst those within the profession.
